I notice now everyone is starting to talk about things I was thinking about in my head. They are also saying I have been doing stuff I don’t ever remember doing. I know my dad and friend are in on this and I don’t know who I can’t trust anymore. I’m not sleeping because of this I can’t think because they will know what I’m thinking. Everyone is starting to know all my secrets. how can I stop it please how do I get them out of my head

I have a birthmark about the size of a penny maybe a bit larger very close to my genitalia. It’s very round, a bit lighter brown on the outer circle and darker in the middle. I probably can’t show a photo since it’s close to my genitalia. Should I get it checked out or is there no need to worry?
