They are figuring out the pigeon door. Between them and the parrots so many birds in the sky around the property. 🥰

My ringnecks 🥰

I had over 40 of them when I was a kid and I absolutely loved them. I trained them to come and go as they pleased. Now as an adult with internet , i now realize most people don’t do that. I understand the risks. I also freefly parrots.

My sky puppies

Watching them drop down from the sky is so incredible ! 🥰. It’s called “free flight training. And no, hawks don’t bother my macaws.

The macaws and amazons coming in from from their outings for the night 🥰. Some of these are rescues/Owner surrenders that we have free flight trained so they can experience life as a bird. And then we have some birds that were not candidates, but at least they have each other and live in with a flock, meet and large enclosures at our sanctuary.

We’ve got some rescue goats, sheep, horses, dogs , cats , and 18 parrots ! Out of the 18 most are owner surrenders. Not all were candidates to get to freefly BUT at least they all have flock mates to share their time with 🥰

Two of my parrots fly about a mile down the road to my friend / neighbors house. Shes come home a couple times to find klono in her house after he figured out how the doggy door works 🤣🤣🤣. He knows she’s got the goods on the kitchen counter 🍎 🍏 🍊
