I want to get rid of thick glasses
Hi everyone,
I have high myopia (around -9.00 in both eyes with astigmatism) and recently got my Pentacam + Corvis ST / topography scans done. I’m attaching my reports here and would really appreciate honest advice from people who have experience with similar cases.
Some doctors said my corneal thickness is okay, but my cornea is a bit steep, so full LASIK/SMILE may not be the safest option. One doctor suggested tissue-sparing / partial correction, while another suggested considering EVO ICL / EVO+ Toric instead.
I’m confused between:
SMILE Pro / Femto LASIK / TransPRK
EVO ICL / EVO+ Toric
Not intrested in ICL personally and a boy
My main goal is not just removing glasses quickly — I want the safest long-term option without risking my eye health.
If anyone has a similar prescription or understands topography reports well, please share your honest opinion after seeing my scans.
Would you recommend laser, ICL?

And a boy in my neighbour with -13 &-14 underwent through smile pro procedure and he is doing very good now he said I can see 6/6 I'm very confused help me out guys.
