He also says they only need a 51% burden of proof [vs doubt] to win the case.

And possibly believes David did not act alone. He also thinks the DA have witnesses to support the criminal complaint vs David.

ONE month ago, “D4VD Ent LLC” got transferred over to Colleen Burke. Did this trigger his eligibility for a Public Defender?

Aug 3 2026, there was a filing for a change of name & address, The address changed from David & a Connecticut address to the family’s Cypress, Tx address under Colleen Burke.

Remember the Wrongful death lawyer did allege that he fraudulently transfer assets to his mother recently.
