The hiring manager for the company "JW MOBILE LLC" is looking for a E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join the team :
Established consumer products company in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage the day-to-day operation of our online marketplace accounts.
This is a mid-level, hands-on position for someone who understands marketplace operations and can independently manage listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, reporting, and account issues. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Create, update, optimize, and maintain product listings
Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, and TikTok Shop
Upload product content, images, pricing, inventory, and product attributes
Monitor listing errors, suppressed listings, account health, and compliance issues
Set up promotions, sales events, coupons, and basic advertising campaigns
Troubleshoot catalog, variation, pricing, inventory, and marketplace support issues
Review sales, inventory, and marketplace performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse personnel, and marketplace partners
Assist with new product launches and ensure existing listings remain accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Experience managing Walmart Marketplace
Target Plus and TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Experience with product feeds, bulk uploads, or marketplace templates is a plus
