Online vs in-person suggestion

Pearson center is 2hours away and last two results over there were Below target

While I tried to do online on 7th july faced a lot of issues from pearson side

Now the question is should I appear for one last time in person which I consider as unlucky for me or online for which I didn't have good experience

Please suggest

Online Exam crashed -can retake on or after 9th

I was in no mood to retake this exam, but on July 7th, I decided to give it one more shot. I booked it for July 8th—the absolute final day before the massive syllabus change.

I spent the entire day preparing for every single scenario. I locked down my room. I set up a Wi-Fi backup. I set up a power backup. I cleared my laptop. I did the pre-checks. Everything on my end was flawless.

And guess what? The exam wouldn't launch because of a technical issue on Pearson's end.

It took a grueling 12 hours of escalating and arguing to get a case ID and get them/PMI to reset my eligibility so I could take it today. But now Pearson says there are zero slots left for the rest of the day, and my only option is to take it after July 9th when the syllabus completely changes.

I am being penalized and forced to take an entirely new exam format with tripling domain weights, AI, and case studies because their software crashed. I don't even want to give this exam anymore, and they are telling me there is "no chance for a refund." I am absolutely furious.

No one is ready to take accountability

Either don't over book slots or have a arrangements to overcome

Onvue crashed before appearing-No solution from Pearson

People taking online exam today and tomorrow brace yourself

Prepared for every challenge yet couldn't appear for exam

Did system check 3 times, had a standby laptop

Check in process took almost 1hr and it got crashed later and message appeared you cannot take the exam this time

Informed Pearson - they are telling it will take 2-5 days atleast

And they are not responsible if exam is changing

PMI says it will take 24hrs to investigate

Completely blank ,please guide if you are facing issue as well
