It’s a standalone building, I stay on the ground floor and owner stays above. Below are per person cost

Advance -40k
Water and electricity bill is separate
Maid - 1.5k
I have a cook but it’s optional for you
I’m a vegetarian non smoker , egg is not a problem.

HSR prime location. Very close to HSR police station sector 1.

P.S: The room shown in the video is being vacated. The other room has an attached washroom.
This house is 450m from ORR. Easy to commute towards Bellandur.
