What is the best way to handle severe constipation or random diarrhea?
I started tirzepatide two months ago. The weight is melting off, but my digestion is completely broken. I go from not pooping for five days straight to sudden, urgent diarrhea out of nowhere. I am terrified to leave the house. How do you guys manage this chaotic rollercoaster.
