Tower 600 build "Main NPO workstation":
Mobo: Gigabyte B850 AI TOP
CPU: Ryzen 7950X
RAM: 256Gb crucial Pro 5600 ( yes it actually runs at 5600 "Expo 1" incredibly stable- 0 errors under extreme 97% capacity OCCT stress testing 🤯)
GPUs: 2x RTX 6000 Blackwell Max-q (I have two of the workstation edition cards as well that have been in the tower 600 in the past but right now they are in the "twin backup node")
Storage: 2tb gen 5 nvme, 4tb gen 4 nvme
PSU: AsRock PG-1600G
Case fans: 3D printed rtx 4090 replicas (I call them my jets, they flippin' scream if they need to), stock (awesome) thermaltake top exhaust fans.
Tower 250 build "SuperNas/SNAS":
Mobo: Minisforum 790S7/BD790 class
CPU: UNLOCKED "minisforumVOODOOmagic" 7940HX (cpuMark score> typical 7945hx)- I cannot recommend Minisforum all in one integrated motherboard options enough, they exceed every single expectation you could possibly have for that kind of platform in my experience.
RAM: 64gb Crucial so-dimm kit
NO dGPU, instead a 16PORT SATA HUB installed in the pciex16 slot
Storage: 81tb-ish total, 4x14tb WD Ultrastar hdd's, 1x24tb Seagate barracuda, 1x 1tb samsung pro gen4 nvme "worker drive", and 1x 128gb TrueNAS boot drive
Thermaltake made an awesome case family to build in.
