Is there andownside to prewarming CBCs? It seems to resolve most of our flags. Why not preqarm all of them?

For hematology differentials, how does Cellavision compare to Scopio? Ease of use, throughput, and cost?

Our DxH falsely tags soo many CBCs as having platelet clumps. Is there any fix? Its like 5x the rate of a Sysmex analyzer.

Someone suggested vortexing samples but thay would lyse rbcs too.

Working at a trauma center and our beckman dxh is constantly spitting out Xbar charts. We just discard them but Im not sure what other people do.
