Anybody suffering from L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc bulge recovered and resumed your activities?

As the title suggests, I'm 36 and I just got to know about my condition after an MRI scan. Ortho doctor suggested physiotherapy and operation. I went for second opinion with a neuro surgeon and he suggested that there was no need for operation but have to take rest for 2 weeks and I'm not supposed use 2 wheelers and should travel long.

I know its not the end of road but I just can't come to terms with it. I worked my ass off until now so that I could ride and travel. Anybody here who suffered from the same condition and recovered? Not completely but enough to resume activities like riding and traveling? If so please do share.

Thanks.

Moving from own place to a gated villa society

I'm currently living in my own commercial building (30*40, 4 shops in gf, 2bhk in 1st and 1bhk in 2nd floor. We live in both) which is situated in a busy congested road. My son is 4 year old. I want my son to have a better life while growing up where I can take him outside and teach him cycling, can just go outside and play with other kids which I'm unable to do in the current place. I just need a place where its calm and my son can play outside without me worrying about his safety. There's a gated villa society near my place which fits all these requirements but the rent is high. All 3bhk's are filled up and only a 4 bhk villa is available for rent. The rent is 70k + 15k maintenance. 5% increase for every 11 months. Just cleared a loan of 1cr and now im debt free. My plan is to stay there for 10 years and then move back.

My current financials:

  1. A pharmacy (rented) : 6lkh/m

  2. Rental income : 70k/m + 30k after I leave and rent both houses.

Assets:

  1. Commercial building with a market value of 4 cr.

2.  30*45 site : around 55 lkhs.

  1. 1.5 acre in my village : 1.5 cr

On the paper it looks good but I have 0 savings. Cut-throat competition in my business field due to the emergence of online business which gives massive discounts with fast delivery. So I'm not sure about the future. Have invested 1cr in a new business (partnership 40:60) of 8 month old which is sustaining itself currently and I'm hopeful that it will improve. Sometimes I like fk it let me move for my son and other times I'm like its almost 1lk/month which I think its too much.

Please give me suggestions from your perspective.
