I want to help someone turn their software idea into a working MVP - free of development charges

I've been thinking about how many people have genuinely good software ideas but never get around to building them.

Sometimes it's because development is expensive. Sometimes it's because they don't know where to start. Sometimes they just want to know whether the idea is worth pursuing before putting serious money into it.

So I'm looking for a few people who have an idea for something like:

* A mobile app

* A web application

* SaaS

* A business/internal system

* An automation tool

* A marketplace/platform

* An API/integration

* Or another reasonable software product

I'd like to take one or two promising ideas and turn the core concept into a small, functional MVP at no development cost.

The goal isn't to build a massive production-ready system for free. It's to get the core idea working so you can actually see it, test it, get feedback and decide whether it's worth taking further.

I'm particularly interested in ideas that solve a real problem, rather than just "another app."

If the MVP turns out to have potential, we can discuss what comes next — whether that's continuing together, handing the project over, or simply using what we've built to validate the idea.

If you've been sitting on an idea for a while, I'd genuinely be interested in hearing about it.

What are you thinking of building?

Has anyone here in Kenya set up a Google Play Console developer account using a US LLC?

I’m looking into forming a US LLC (likely Wyoming or New Mexico) specifically to publish Android apps on Google Play and eventually iOS as well. The goal is to use it as a proper business setup for SaaS/mobile apps and handle payments through platforms like Stripe and Wise.

Before I go down that route, I wanted to hear from anyone who has actually done it from Kenya (or similar setup):

- Which state LLC did you use (Wyoming, New Mexico, etc.) and why?

- How was the Google Play Console verification process using a US LLC?

- Did you run into issues with DUNS number registration or business verification?

- Any challenges with Stripe, Wise, or other fintech accounts afterward?

- Anything you wish you knew before starting?

I’m especially interested in real-world experience—what worked smoothly vs what turned into unexpected friction.

Any insights or lessons learned would be really helpful.
