Norma or Dialyn better for Neko in current run?

Immediately used her in Shiyu without practice after year long bench. Is Dialyn without Sig will be better or worse than Norma in the long run, or is Roxy will be relevant for her?

This guy hella stong

Immediately tested him in DA with half-assed build. Got 24k first try and 28k on 2nd try. I think he can reach 32k+ this run.

Really appreciate if anyone can give proper rotation on him. Sadly I don't have Dialyn and I still need to practice Nicole rotations
