Hello community!

I graduated this month and take my PMHNP boards September 15th. I spoke to a recruiter for a large hospital weeks ago and she enthusiastically said she’d move me along to “her leader”. Today I got the call that I’ll have a 30 minute zoom session tomorrow afternoon with the Director of Medical Services for the Outpatient program and I’m immediately nervous. I’m never nervous about an interview so I came here to seek advice. What questions were you asked at your first PMHNP job interview? What specifically do you feel they were looking for that landed you the job? I’m SO excited to be able to be more helpful to folks experiencing struggle and I truly need this opportunity! Advice?
