Finally finished my Soul Silver POC after 7 years. The 621 hours is a little under how long it actually took because of soft resetting for a shiny Lugia in the middle. I finally got it last December and sped through the rest of the game. The Ho-Oh and Breloom are RNG Maniped but the rest are full odds that I resetted for or encountered while grinding. I plan on finishing out this save and getting all of the badge stars now that the challenge is done!
