I am thrilled to finally complete this journey today. My dentist suggested Invisalign to help move my lower teeth further back to reduce grinding and clenching pressure since I suffer from TMJ. The goal was to help distribute chewing forces more evenly and reduce excessive pressure on my jaw joints.
The Invisalign also corrected minor gaps in the bottom.
Overall, I’m very happy with the result. It took a few weeks to get used to wearing the aligners, but for me, the outcome made it worthwhile.
