4 months post-op from large emissary vein clipping... (Low pitched venous hum on opposite side)

Well I'm basically at 136 days post-op.

The PT did gradually vanish and it has become quite rare now.

However, now I'm having a continuous low venous hum on the opposite side. It varies throughout the day. I'm wondering if this is caused by the surgery... I'm unsure which is the most annoying ; the initial PT or this continuous low pitched venous humming...

It started about 3 months after surgery.

F me.

What happened to Claude? Claude has gone rogue.

Honestly, this is crazy.

I have that one project I've been working on for almost 2 years now. For some reason, Claude doesn't understand what I tell it anymore. No matter if I clear the session, restart claude, switch PC, it just goes on and goes completely rogue.

Example:

"Hey, claude. There's a weird issue where the right side panel closes when scrolling all the way down at the bottom of the page (possibly when loading more data with lazy loading. Can you investigate?"

Then Claude goes like:

"Sure. The login page's password recovery seems out of place. Investigating. There, I spent 10 hours writing 26 page documents about why the scrollbar dissapears when there's only 3 items in the table. It's normal because if there's not enough items, a scrollbar shouldn't appear. But I will make it anyway. Actually. After implementing a scrollbar, I noticed the scrollbar should actually not appear, so I wrote the plan to also remove it after implementing the first part. I also noticed that there should be an additional button to remove items, so I wrote it in the plans too. Actually I don't know what the remove button should do. I will ask for clarification once we're at this task."

Ok... So where's the fix for what I asked?

Then it keeps going and doing anything but what I'm asking it to do, and then proceed to remove what it just spent hours trying to implement.

It doesn't happen to my other projects though.

What? How do I even fix it?
