Buying tickets to show from the US

I’m trying to buy tickets to “Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat” ( https://www.josephthemusical.jp/ ) for when I’m in Japan later this month, but I’m having a terrible time and I keep getting errors when I try to create accounts. I’ve tried Shochiku ticket web, ticket pia, eplus, and Lawson tickets and none of that worked. Has anyone been successful buying tickets to this show or similar shows from abroad? I also tried my credit card concierge service, but they were unable to help.

How to buy tickets from outside Japan

Hi! I’m trying to get tickets to “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and possibly other shows and I’m finding the process very confusing. It seems there are multiple sites to buy the tickets on- but they all say “apply” instead of “buy”- is this a translation error, or am I applying to a lottery and not actually buying a ticket? Also they require a Japanese address and a name in katakana. Any advice would be really helpful, because I feel super confused and I have no idea how to actually purchase a ticket. Thanks!
