The bike path concept works EVERYWHERE - why not WARREN, MI
maybe we need a mayor that walk, hikes, jogs, bikes, pushes a wheelchair, stroller, etc.
People cross the street all the time , mark it, make it visible, bicycles, pedestrians, etc.
If they want - cross at nearest street light, continue on path
Just make the path - kids, adults, elderly, handicapped, along the the Red Run

StormWater floods Warren homes - via the GWK Basin and Red Run
Who made profit, revenue, benefitted from impervious pavement. OAKLAND MALL is in ADDITION to the GWK structure - spilling into Red Run of Warren - while Warren residents worry about property, inside and out. HENRY GRAHAM DRAIN is 3 massive tubes , in parallel , measuring 14 foot by 14 foot square for thousands of feet from Troy, Madison Heights - into Red Run of Warren.
There must be more attention paid to BUSINESS shouldering the costs of stormwater - rather than the burden put upon homeowners. We never get a taxbreak, or reduction, or waiver for the property we own . In fact we get flooded because of what happens elsewhere , at a commercial site, industrial park, etc.
