Always play 5-10 shots worse on the back and I’m confident it’s not due to fatigue. What else could be causing this?
My last 5 rounds have been:
41+51=92
44+49=93
43+50=93
44+50=94
43+50=93

I have high cholesterol but I’m at a normal weight. Mostly a result of eating a lot of fast food and snacks, but reasonable portions that didn’t cause me to get fat. Looking to make some changes to my diet but scarfing down 2500 calories (approximately what I need to maintain my weight) of healthy food is exhausting. I feel bloated, can’t finish my plates, and in general feel tired of eating.
I figure once I get the cholesterol levels down I can start adding modest amounts of peanut butter, milk, and eggs to help get me to my calorie goal, but while I’m actively trying to get it down I want to avoid those foods.
