I don’t know what to do with tennis elbow

So, i have a huge background in tennis like 10 years or more of consecutive training/playing, but due to war in Ukraine and moving to Spain i had a paise of about 5 years or smthn. Now I started playing tennis like half a year ago (no problems) and 3 month ago I dove into padel. Bought the most precious racket: Bullpadel Vertex 05 Geo. But, as you could have guessed I obtained a tennis elbow (never had it during playing tennis). And I was diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis.

I actually am training my forearm, stretching everyday before bed and doing exercises with a stretch band but still, it hurts to play.

For context, I’m a left side player with a decent power an technique transferred from tennis/volleyball, I prefer playing aggressively and finishing points with smashes/viboras and most of the time choose powerful ground strokes and volleys. But due to a pain, last 2 weeks or something I opted out of smashing and doing bandejas/bajadas/viboras, i’m leaving everything to my lefty partner. But even choosing this play style the problem persists. It appears like after an hour of game, and fades away in 1-2 hours with a feeling of a sore upper forearm.

I also use floky sleeve every game, I warmup with the glass and stretch the wrist/forearm (also stretching it during the game and trying to support my right hand by holding racket with the left hand). And I use 3 overgrips to suit my hand size and similar to my tennis racket, and I ALMOST don’t squeeze it too much.

I’m also playing only 2 times a week, only rarely 3 times a week always with the margin of 1-2 days, trying to release the stress from tendon.

I read every possible bit of info on this topic, and want to implement more training through easy pain as some of the specialists suggest that this can improve the health of the tendons.

I’m currently thinking of taking a 2 week break, just to fully restore the tendon and gradually restart the playing career. But also this idea of buying a softer and lighter racket can’t leave my mind (Oxdog Woman air ultimate), as it’s the fastest way of changing things. (I actually want a new racket but I don’t have funds and it’s very sad thinking about selling mine)

This racket is perfect (sweatspot/power/control) (handle length is a little bit short actually), but I can’t survive it’s hardness, I don’t know what to dooooooooo

HELP

Edit: I also am doing simracing as a hobby, it’s possible that it adds up!
