I have been an RT since 2023, I did radiography as a per diem for about a year before cross training into CT and I have been doing CT full time for about 2 years now in Washington state. The facility I am currently employed at is a small independently ran outpatient imaging facility, we have about 5 full time techs and average about 85-90 exams per day. I am planning on moving in the next few months to California in order to be closer to family and looking at job postings most seem to be for hospital facilities. Has anyone made the transition from outpatient to Hospital? Any advice or suggestions?
