Introduction:Pangea Defense Force

This is the main military force for my fantasy verse, feel free to leave feedback or ask questions as I love responding to both.

The PGDF is located on, you guessed it, the ancient supercontinent Pangea. The force takes recruits and drafts from each of the seven kingdoms, and is divided between five branches.

Domestic Affairs:
Handles law enforcement in each kingdom, as well as organizes hunting parties. Citizens caught hunting without the protection of at least one certified member of the PGDF will be placed on house arrest and have their magic usage restricted until they can be cleared by an appointed doctor of any insanities.

Notable Figures: Plume Harrison (Domestic Peacekeeping Chief of Sloth, under review for promotion to Head Peacekeeping Director), Samuel Atkinson (Head Peacekeeping Director)

Research and Development:
Leads research into all matters Mana-related, including weapons technology, domestic applications of mana research, and answers to the dwindling food supply.

Notable Figures: Euca [Last Name Unknown](Sin of Sloth, Current Halfling), Erwin Endias (Lead Researcher and Seven Time Award-Winner)

Wartime Reserves:
A secondary, more equipped army prepared for rebellions or the infinitesimally small chance of foreign invasion. Also combats mid-tier Mana Beasts, though High and Apocalypse-Tiers are usually left to the Sins unless they pose a threat that cannot be ignored. Extremely effective at quenching past rebellions and offers greater benefits than Domestic Affairs due to the riskier threats they face. No longer tasked with facing rebelling Sins due to the events of the War on Gluttony.

Notable Figures: [All Currently Deceased]

Sin Extermination:
Secret branch tasked with assassinating any Sins that go rogue. Formed after War on Gluttony. Equipped with top-of-the-line weaponry and special knowledge of the day-to-day lives of each Sin, save for Sloth due to a previous agreement with the force.

Leadership and Policy:
Responsible for handling inter-kingdom relationships, promotions, declaring new laws, any non-combat or research-based civil affairs. Head of Leadership elected by Heads of other departments and members of Leadership in the event of the previous Head’s death. With the collective votes from each department adding up to five.

Notable Figures: Arthur Herrington (Head of Leadership)
