I ordered a Supernote Manta on April 30th, and as of today, May 20th, it has still not arrived. This is a bit surprising because I bought two other things from supernote (LAMY pen and a pen refill) at the same time, and all those arrived within 7-10 days.

Is this a common issue with Supernote? I don't even have tracking information besides a statement that the device shipped on May 6th. I live in the Western United States.
