Medicine vs radio

Rank 4xxx getting DNB Med in a prestigious hospital with a great program in my city and DNB radio in another corporate which has a good program but not so prestigious. Please help me decide

Medicine:
\- my preferred branch during internship. Had a great experience in my dept and learnt so much
\- evergreen branch
\- interesting as a subject
\- NEEDS SS, this is my biggest problem. I heard from someone that SS is absolutely not worth it and it is better to do a branch that doesn’t need it
\- the program I’m getting is a very prestigious one in a reputed DNB hospital which has more community and peers to interact with compared to the radio program

Radio:
\- amazing lifestyle and starting pay
\- SS is +/- (only if doing IR)
\- abroad opportunity (eg fellowship pathway in US)
\- AI threat, have heard varying opinions
\- pay stagnation
\- not feeling like a “real doctor”
\- scared that I won’t like the subject (I did like it in internship)

About me:
\- first gen doc
\- I would really like early settlement and moderately good WLB
\- I do enjoy counselling patients (I think i could live without it but not sure)
\- I am not really interested in private practice
\- I don’t want to earn in crores, just anything that allows me to have a comfortable life

Please help me and let me know what you think. Thank you
