Sziasztok! I’m an international student moving to Hungary soon for the Health Science program. I’m trying to figure out the housing situation.

I am looking for a small studio or 1-room flat around 20m² where I can live alone. My budget is a hard maximum of €400 including utilities bills. I really want to be within a 15-20 minute walk of the Health Science faculty building but I’m open to commute to university too.

Is this actually realistic anymore? If €400 is low or should I stay in dorm renting the whole shared room instead? I will any advices you guys give.
