I believe i had a case of thrips but it’s been managed early on the stage. This is my anthurium wendlingeri; could this be spider mite damage? I could not find any on the plant nor could i locate webbing anywhere.

Any idea what this could be? I suspected pests; i actually never had an issue with pests before so I don’t even know what to expect/symptoms and such. I got this queen last week through domestic shipping and the blushes keep getting more prominent as the days go on.
