Vitamin D/B12 deficiency + severe hair fall

Vitamin D/B12 deficiency + severe hair fall

I had low Vitamin D and B12 in December and was prescribed supplements. My levels improved, but I still have severe hair fall, fatigue, muscle aches and brain fog.

Has anyone had similar levels/symptoms? Did your hair fall and fatigue improve once B12/D increased further? What are the ideal numbers?

26F - First time dealing with acne. 1 month into tretinoin 0.025% + Azelaic 15%—better, worse, or no change?

26F - 1 month on dermatologist’s routine. Is this improving, purging, or should I follow up?
I’m 26F and never had acne growing up. I started getting breakouts for the first time earlier this year(no clue why? I am not on birth control), so I finally decided to see a dermatologist.
Photo 1: May 15 (before seeing the dermatologist)
Photo 2: June 1 (the day I started the prescribed routine)
Photos 3 & 4: Today (1 month after starting treatment)

Honestly, I can’t tell if my skin is getting better, getting worse, or just staying the same. I just see a lott of pigmentation and PIE marks.

I know this routine takes time and I’m trying to be patient, but I’d really appreciate some opinions. Does it look like there’s any improvement?

Should I continue this routine for another month, or does it seem like I should schedule a follow-up with my dermatologist to discuss increasing the strength of the azelaic acid or tretinoin?

I’d really appreciate any thoughts, especially from anyone who has gone through something similar.

My current routine is:
AM
Sulfacetamide + sulfur cleanser
Azelaic acid 15%
La Roche-Posay moisturizer
PM
Gentle cleanser
Tretinoin 0.025%
Dr. Althea 345 Barrier Repair Cream
