Passed 1st try last week.
My situation is a little different than most on this subreddit. I'm a college professor redesigning a course to help students at my university prepare for the Series 65. I took it to experience it and get a feel for the questions being asked. I was surprised by how little math was on the exam (I only used two equations) and how detailed some of the questions on estate planning and trusts were. I studied using a book I found on Kindle Unlimited, and ChatGPT and Claude. I would not recommend this approach. A lot of the questions I knew the answers to because of my 20+ career in finance and also being a trustee for a few trusts and volunteering in a fiduciary role.
