For context, I've played violin for 8 years now and I want to join High School Jazz Band. Do y'all think that with me previous experience, I would be able to learn the bass fast enough and also not drown from difficulty? Also, please send me some sheet music for jazz bass parts at a High School level so I can also evaluate this myself. Thank you.

Hey guys, I got a $20 gift card and want to buy my first VST for hip hop (and a lil rnb). Or perhaps something like a drum VST. It doesn’t matter to me as long as it can serve me well.

Im especially fond of the Linn LM-1.

So please give me VST suggestions for Synthesizers or Drums!
