Question to anyone who's been interviewed/interviewing for positions at Arsenal-1 (Asheville, OH). I've read this subreddit for what to expect but they all seem to be for California. I doubt Ohio is any different but I was wondering.

I am only scheduled for the recruiter phone call right now. Position is for a software engineer. The requirement was ~2 years exp so I expect it's for juniors.
