PCOS/PMOS app vs WhatsApp bot, what would you actually use?

Hey girlies 🤍

I’m a PCOS/PMOS girly, and recently I started thinking about building a tool that would help me stay consistent and hopefully help other girls out there too.

The idea is mainly around daily habit tracking, routines, symptom tracking, motivation, community support, and making healthier choices easier to manage consistently.

But I’m confused and wanted honest opinions from people who’d actually use it:

Would you prefer this as:

  1. A proper mobile app
    OR
  2. A WhatsApp-based assistant/community bot?

The WhatsApp idea would work more casually, like getting WhatsApp reminders for habits, meals, water intake, workouts, supplements, symptom tracking, motivation, quick check-ins, and community support without needing to constantly open another app.

The app idea would obviously allow more features, tracking dashboards, personalization, progress visuals, etc.

Which would you realistically use more often and WHY? What would make you stick to it long term? Even small thoughts help 🤍
