Stolen e scooter on Brentwood mall
Today I witnessed this guy cutting a lock on the bike parking under the escalators that are in front of Fresh Slice. By the time I could dial 911 the guy was long gone. This happened at 2:00pm. Please stay safe. Also, I spotted Dylan the known bike thief on the mall aswell.
