Are the Public Address System loudspeakers loud enough to be able to hear what’s going on with foam earplugs in? We are sitting in turn one mid-level with no overhang.

I’m looking for advice on timing for scheduling Uber or Lyft rides to the track on Friday (Carb Day) and Sunday (Race Day). We will be staying on the ENE side of Indianapolis and would like to get to the track as early as possible but not unnecessarily early both days. When should I schedule a pickup each day?
