14 months hrt. When I started transitioning, I was on a weight loss journey, a process that saw me lose over 70 lbs in the span of a year. I've since gained more than 20 of those back, which had me a little frustrated, until I looked in the mirror.

The first photo was the night I was openly trans in public for the first time, about a month on hrt. The second is me 1 year later and about 60 lbs lighter.
