With bond yields reaching decades-long highs, how are people playing this? ETFs? and which? Individual treasuries?

I’m mid 40s and looking to start transitioning from aggressive equity-based (~90%) accumulation phase to assuming a bit less risk. Maybe get to 75-80% equity.

Looking to hear the wise FIRE folks approach to this.
