Je souhaite passer le permis B dans la ville de Caen, problème, je viens d'emménager et je n'ai personne qui pourrait me conseiller à ce propos...

J'ai vu qu'il y a beaucoup de choix pas chers (Ornikar, En voiture Simone, La bonne allure) mais je ne sais pas si c'est fiable. Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu une expérience avec ces entreprises ?

Si vous avez des conseils/recommandations, je suis ultra-preneuse !!

Need reassurance

Hi everyone !

I am a 28 year-old woman, and I’ve had many issues with my teeth since I was 18 because of my eating disorders. At the moment, I’m stable, I wear a lower retainer, and I try to take good care of my teeth every day.

However, this has made me completely paranoid... I’m constantly afraid of losing my teeth, and right now I’m extremely scared that I might have periodontitis.

Could you reassure me? Also, do you have any advice on how to properly brush and care for my teeth on a daily basis? I brush my teeth with a soft toothbrush, but everyone on the internet seems to contradict each other, so I’m not really sure who to trust or what the best way to clean my teeth is.
