I’ve been a lucid dreamer my entire life. My earliest lucid dreams were as a toddler, flying out my bedroom window. I can’t place exactly when, but sometime between 2012-2016 I began revisiting the same dream every night. In each dream I am aware of being asleep, and I am able to lucidly experience and control myself and responses.

The place I go has evolved over the last ten years, but it is the same place. The location is not relevant to this post, but the idea of returning nightly for over a decade has created a sleep reality that is concurrent to my waking reality.
