tiger success program
what’s up everyone. I’m an incoming freshman for the Fall 2026 term, and I’m heading into Information Systems.
in my acceptance letter says that I’ve been placed into the "Tiger Success Program." I’ve read the online stuff about it being for "high-potential students" and building "strong habits," but I want the honest student perspective.
For the people who have actually been through it: Is this program actually useful for staying on top of work, or is it just a bunch of extra meetings that feel like a waste of time? Is the community vibe real, or does it feel like a forced group? Also, does it actually help with the harder classes or is it just general stuff?
Appreciate the input. Just trying to figure out if this is gonna be a massive help or just a grind I need to get through. Thanks!
