Hey, so I recently found out that I absolutely love a salad type meal with chickpeas, broccoli, and edamame. I'm very familiar with broccoli, but I honestly don't know much about edamame or or chick peas. How do I prepare and store them relatively in bulk to where I can just throw them in a bowl with some dressing and take it to work with me?
