Hi, I had my powerwall 2 for about 3 years and just got a model y less than 2 months. I tried looking on the app for charge on solar, but I don’t see it. I set my location for my house same address on the solar side of the app and also reset my app by deleting it and reset the car screen and nothing. I just have the mobile charger and that should work as my neighbor showed me she got charge on solar with the mobile charger. I don’t know what else I can do I messaged Tesla on the app and they just refer me to my installer and my installer said I need to put the circuit on the same outside panel as the battery but from other post that’s not true. Thanks
