My resume sucks, can you help me?

Hello! I want to fix my resume because I think its not very good since I haven't gotten many interviews. I did land a job at my dream record label yesterday but it’s currently an unpaid internship so now im just working at two record labels. I didnt apply for the dream label they came to me so my resume didnt play a part in that, only my portfolio did. I'm really good with working on numerous different projects so those jobs won't affect the workload too much for when I get a paying job. Can you guys give me some tips on how to fix the resume? I've looked at a lot of reddit posts and applied the constructive criticism from other posts onto my resume but obviously there's still issues if no interviews. Ik it shouldnt be over one page long so I'll fix it but besides that issue please let me know! My dad was a recruiter and helped me a bit but he has been retired and since AI reviews most resumes, I don’t think he knows how to cater to that. Also, is there a specific layout or template that is more optimal for a resume or is this one fine? (crossed out parts are just my personal info)

Got the phoenix set list

I collect set lists and have always dreamed of getting a melanie one! Finally did! Last time i went to her show, it was the ritual tour, they told me that they didn't have a set list and then ended up bringing one out for violetta. So I was lowkey upset about that, especially because they told me that they didn't have one, but I feel like karma had my back this time! I usually get the setlists signed when I receive them but obv melanie is a huge artist so I don't have that opportunity. So freaking grateful to have this esp bc it was written on so i can relive the set. I also went into this concert completely blind, so I was off of social media for about a month. It was really cool to be able to end it off like this.
