Help, I just moved into a place and the backyard is in rough shape. What can I do to make this nicer? I want to do microclover or some type of ground cover but the ground is full of rocks. I dig rocks out and there are just more rocks underneath! It’s very overwhelming and I don’t know where to start.

Not pictured but the back of the yard is full of weeds and overgrown blackberry bushes.

What kind of tree is this? Just moved into a new place with a yard that needs a lot of TLC. I am in zone 8B.
