Can I be a seasonal CNA?

I'm looking into getting a CNA and hopefully working two summers then 1-2 years. Would hospitals actually hire someone with such plans? I'm told to "just lie" about future plans in order to get a position, but I'd prefer being upfront with my plans.

Does anyone have any or know anyone with experience being a seasonal CNA? Or is this a silly idea?

CNA

I'm looking into a possible 3 week/winter break CNA course. There's a non-college institution that offers a 3 week CNA course but I'm not sure how much I trust their legitimacy. They're accredited but I wonder about quality of education.

Does anyone have any insight as to how much the quality of education matters? if need be can I just self-teach some stuff?
