Hey guys! So I noticed that’s your Life Force basically has no end to it on this journey and there’s basically certain things you will experience differently the longer you go on this journey. Even after relapse you still retain life force benefits however if you keep going on SR it charges your life force even more. I do believe that Life Force and Semen are similar but not necessarily the same thing and it’s almost this intuitive feeling you get that makes it easier to differentiate them when you retain longer. The journey feels more intense each streak I go on almost like I have more energy than the last and even the world looks completely different each streak to. The detail the colors are brighter and animals and humans look different. I even saw my skin self repairing in real time which really freaked me out because it’s like each streak new abilities unlock. Anyways guys keep retaining never give up on this journey and just know no matter how weird the journey gets or intense urges get don’t give up. This journey can get scary and it opens your third eye a lot people won’t like you and they won’t even look into your eyes because you scare them. Hey guys so there’s this weird thing that can happen on SR which literally feels like robotripping if you ever done DXM it’s very similar. I’ve only done it once and regretted it so don’t do it. This girls face at my job started moving super robotically and time felt like it was speeding up. We were getting an order done and went to the beer section and got it done fast it’s like my brain sped up but also the world did too but I could still keep up with the world at the same time. This is very bizarre and I noticed that you can direct SR into many different experiences sometimes it feels like a shroom high or a robot trip depending on what I do what I’m thinking. I did consume caffeine that day an energy drink so maybe it pushed me to that point but I was still reaching higher frequencies all of this really happened. Anyways have you guys experienced any of this

Hey guys I’m on day 24 and I feel as if this is the streak I’m going just keep the momentum going on. It’s definitely a spiritual feeling and I just want to stay in a high frequency and reach even higher ones at that. My thoughts are becoming more positive by the day even tho sometimes I do feel a lot of anger some days it’s definitely not there all the time. Sometimes SR can make you feel angry and just hungry to get after your goals. It’s good to just channel it in a positive way really the best that you can do. I’m going to be posting not all the time unlike the previous streaks I went on. I feel really proud of my self this year I hit a 30 days twice and passed one of them with 43 days. I’ve also had a few double digits streaks probably about 10 of those this year which is really good. Most of this year I’ve been retaining with only relapsing 6 days in a row one time which I am not proud of at all. Anyways guys just keep retaining, I’m also doing this so I can convince others to be there best version of themselves and that they can do it too. This is really a limitless practice and you unlock abilities that are really out of this world. You really feel those when you hit the 16-25 day mark so two weeks to three weeks depending but the benefits just increase and so I’m really looking forward to what’s after my highest streak this time around can’t really comment on those experiences yet.

Hey guys so I notice that there are things and habits that can hold you back on your SR journey and they can block certain Benefits from happening. Edging is one of these major problems SR practitioners do that is definitely killing your Benefits. Visual and Audio perception, Spiritual, Enhanced Concentration and Energy Benefits will all take a hit and will Enhance exponentially after cutting out edging from your journey. I have a lot more energy and enhanced focus after quitting that many streaks ago and can really get a lot of shit done at a increased speed is something I’m noticing and it seems to increase a lot almost everyday. The Visual Benefits are almost infinite on SR and if I told you all of them you would think it’s ridiculous. These also stack overtime especially once you get to a few weeks in. Anyways guys just don’t edge I also noticed that it will mess up your streak if you edge consistently for multiple days you will definitely relapse because your brain is too charged up from that in general. I’ve noticed that this can happen and you should definitely be very careful with edging on this journey of Semen Retention. Anyways guys just keep retaining and don’t give your mind will try and play a lot of tricks on you and it’s all lies it’s all In your mind and you can always beat the next urge with however you choose to transmute this energy. Just remember you will get through it if you don’t give in just don’t in and you will make it.

Hey guys I’m on day 22 and I feel so clean and my brain feels very clear. I had a dream where I went to 3 different realities and this guy told me to wake up in the first when I was driving. The world looked very alien and much bigger than this one. I woke up and went to the second dream where I woke up in a house that was much bigger than my normal house. The I was yelling at myself to wake up again then I went to a different reality I which my room looked the same as mine right now. The bathroom looked different and my mom wanted to talk to her and I told her I had to use the restroom and to not bother me. I finally woke up after I used the bathroom into this reality. I felt so paranoid and my heart was pounding. When I woke up that’s when the feeling of me feeling clean and refreshed happened. The rest of this day feels very different and super strange. It feels like I gained more of a heightened perception of this world even more then before. I’ve been alchemating to this energy very well but there’s always a new way to do it and even when you do there’s always a different energy to alchemate to overtime the longer you go on Semen Retention. Anyways guys this is the journey so far and it’s so crazy. It’s definitely a recalibration period so I haven’t worked out for the past 2 days but tomorrow I’m going to go back to that as well. I also had close eyed visuals the night before which were interesting but very subtle and not overwhelming.

Hey guys so a weird thing happens on retention where when you ignore negative thoughts you’re seed is basically going to transfer you to the next frequency. When this happened I was on a workout machine and I felt little to no pain from it visual perception changes vastly and audio perception changes and felt more faint and more tolerable instead of loud. I was tuning out negative things in my reality. The longer I went I felt weird like my hand movements felt like in a comic book and my speed at lifting the weight was speeding up fast almost like the flash when he runs super fast with like white lines you see. It was the weirdest shit dude. I was so zoned in and the longer I went I felt less and less pain overtime like my body was just getting used to it more and more. Working out on retention kind of feels like a video game where you can just see how much you can do without giving up. It’s such a fun practice and I really work out for fun not even to look better I think of it as a deep spiritual experience and every workout can feel different than the last on this journey. Guys let me know if you’ve experienced any of this before

Hey guys this energy feels so insane right now! I was transmuting the energy by being positive at work around really cool people and the talking to my parents and a good friend at my house. I went outside and the world looked so Clear and the detail and colors were just mind blowing. The neighbors looked like aliens to when this girl looked at me and she was like weirder out. Then I started doing some push ups and I felt this pulsing sensation is my body like a superhero would! I was like dude I’m tripping off my balls so hard. Even at work the drinks looked so colorful in the machines everything just feels so alien now. Even inside my house things were moving around food looked more alive and so did the plants outside. Even my friends girls face started morphing and looking different As well as peoples faces at work to just to a lesser degree earlier in the day. I’m on day 18 now but dude retention is wild man this practice is like a shroom trip that just gets more intense overtime and the feeling in your body the visual Benifits are so weird it feels like delirium.

Hey guys so it’s really strange but I’m just obsessed with over training now on Semen Retention. I used to run a lot and especially last year more than training and it just didn’t use the same amount of energy. I’ll work out every day multiple times a day sometimes 3 times. I’ll do arm workouts at the gym and than pushups but I just never get burnt out anymore. I’m on day 13 and overtraining really is the way to go on this journey it’s building muscle on me so fast. My facial structure looks very good now and running just didn’t have the same effect honestly. I don’t know if this is a common thing but I would definitely recommend it’s the way to go. I still go for walks but I’m just never tired anymore.

Hey guys so I’m deciding to never deplete my energy again. I’m on day 10 and I’ve been streak stacking pretty hard recently. I hit 30 days two streaks before and 14 days the previous one which is too low. I’m working out everyday multiple times a day did 50 sets from two workouts just today. Depleting your energy is self hate and your killing your future children who are nourishing your body with vital nutrients. I realize how serious this practice is now and I really want you guys to go long also as well. It’s ok if you mess up but just hop back on there’s always light at the end of the tunnel so you got this

Hey guys so I wanna start by saying I don’t give a fuck what you guys think yes I messed up once shit happens. Anyways I feel like I still got a hardware refresh and my brain feels way better like I don’t care about certain things anymore. I feel like my brainpower transferred to the next streak and that I have clarity that things will work out. I released one time only and so I’ve retained a lot of visual, brainpower and physical exertion Benifits however some spiritual benefits are lagging behind still. I work out like a mad man and feel as if I still have energy reserves even tho I feel depleted to a degree. It’s not an excuse to relapse but shit happens and I’m streaks stacking very hard right now. I’ve hit 30 days three times and once beyond that so I’m going to go longer so I can more hardware refreshes. I will hit the 60 day refresh and it will be very good. I’m going to go as long as possible no excuses this time God needs me to do so
