I'm homeless and don't know where to find a bathroom at night. I know a lot of homeless people sleep in the Downtown Mall but I don't know where they go at nights. The only location I heard is the UVA ER.
Is there any location where someone can use the bathroom near the Downtown Mall at nights?
Is there ever a situation where the US government can plan plant a surveillance device inside of a US citizen's body?
Assume any court warrants, national security interest, an executive order from the President or anything else. Is it ever legal under any circumstance?

I have been rendered homeless but I miss them dearly. When I returned to check on them, they had all already been adopted. I hope that they have found good, loving homes that take great care of them. I was told they all went to separate homes so there are four groups to thank!
