Exit opportunities
Hi everyone,
Graduated in May of 2025 and accepted an offer to start at one of the large ENs (ThirdBridge, Guidepoint, GLG) and have been here for a year. Lately have been finding the work super cumbersome and not very motivating. Clients don’t really value the work the team does, opening up projects and then ghosting our team. They won’t pick up the phone when we call and the work feels very unappreciated and I feel very looked down upon. Currently in final round interviews at an investment bank for recruiter opportunities. Just wondering if this is how anyone else has felt working at an EN?
