Restricted GPU performance under 44
Have just updated to 44, thank you by the way you guys are amazing.
Have noticed a strange issue with my performance though. Running a 9070xt, the first image is running 43, campaign evolved pulling 300w giving 60-70fps like normal. Second image, same settings and area of the game, running 44. Now only pulling 116w and running at 46fps. Any ideas?
