I installed one with a 3rd program, they works but i cant start the plane. Any solutions?

I managed to get the entire aircraft's EFB working, but when I try to synchronize my flight plan, it won't let me and I get the following message: Invalid Route 1 Uplink. Does anyone know the solution?
