If you were to enchant something with radiant that slows itself like cruise ship does the game still count the nullified slow trigger and charge or is no charge applied since it technically doesn’t get slowed?
First time ending with Tantius carrier(or hoverbike). Day 7 cult gave deadly carrier and radiant hydraulic press, glad I decided to try the carrier route instead of the press. Tossed everything else from cult day 8 when I found hoverbike in the shop. Next day found eels and advanced training to give the eels a vehicle tag just in the nick of time. Hoverbike has perm lifesteal from the new loot. Really enjoying all the new neutral items!
